We’re giving this a 5 because normally Subway subs would be served on gluten-containing bread, BUT several Subway restaurants are experimenting with gluten-free bread. There have been some mixed reviews on how employees have handled this – some good reports (employee uses different gloves, doesn’t allow anyone else to touch bread, uses a disposable knife to cut the bread) and some bad reports (basically *not* doing those things). Also, Subway does serve some salads which are gluten-free. We were unable to find a updated list of all the Subway’s that carry gluten-free bread, but if you have that info please let us know in the comments section below.
