Delicious snacks and just the right size

I was shopping for a prepared oatmeal I had previously purchased at Walmart. I noticed The GFB oatmeal and purchased a few packets. I loved it so much I purchased 6 more boxes online. What a great concept. It reminds me of the cereal in the box (just add the milk), but with better nutrition. It’s perfect for morning rush. I can just throw it in my lunch bag and have a quick breakfast at work. I love its portability. I took about 6 packs on a recent trip. It packs well.

These new nut free bites should be more readily available/distributed. I do wish they had higher protein, but I’m happy with the low carbs, lower calories, overall texture and taste. Keep up the greatness, I’m a big fan

Very easy to prep in a hotel room with the coffee maker and has a decent amount of plant-based protein. The little bits of apple add great flavor.

I have tried most of the bites and liked all of them, but the dark chocolate coconut is my favorite. I look forward to having one each night after my cheese and crackers bedtime snack. It is the highlight of my evening!! They taste so decadent, but can't hurt me in any way, calories fat, etc.!

The oatmeal isn’t for me. It’s bland and dry. I’ve found adding oat milk, raisins, even bananas helps.

Fudge Brownie NUT FREE Bites

Because I was headed to a luncheon and had no idea the menu I stuck a couple in my purse! Enjoyed one with a little salad and I was set.
