Jell-O brand gelatin (as well as Jell-O instant pudding and Jell-O cook and serve pudding)  is indeed gluten-free (but not certified gluten-free). Kraft has strong policy of disclosing any gluten ingredients and those ingredients are not present in Jell-O.
