Is a Philly Cheese Steak Gluten-Free?

GLUTEN FREE CONFIDENCE SCORE: 0/10

The thing that definitely makes a Philly Cheese Steak NOT gluten-free is the bread or hoagie roll that is used. Of course you can also substitute in a gluten-free version of the bread. The other thing to watch out for is any seasonings used in the meat. Unless you’re making it yourself, please be wary of this. More often than not, the meat in a Philly Cheese Steak will likely be gluten-free but you are better off asking questions and/or reading the label if possible.
