Super basic nachos (corn tortilla chips and cheese) are almost always gluten-free. Throw on as many fresh veggies as you want and those nachos will still be gluten-free. The issues that tend to make nachos NOT gluten-free are the seasonings that are used on the meats. Seasonings are all over the place in terms of their gluten content so you’re going to have to do some research and read the labels if possible.
