Being gluten-free and vegetarian, when I travel—which I do often—I need to pack food. I do look for options for eating lunch and dinner at places I find, but my breakfast needs to be reliable, easy to prepare, tasty, and full of protein. Between a fruit/nut/seed oatmeal (my favorite flavor of those available, although I like them all) and a yogurt, my days get off to a solid start. I do order two fruit/nut/seed oatmeals for one of each of the other flavors.
