My favorite GFB

I really enjoy the Dark Chocolate Almond Bar. I have a few others that are my favorite but the Dark Chocolate Almond is the best. I also love the Almond Butter with maple. It has such an awsome flavor.

The bars are great pre- workout food; really good fuel. They travel well too, so I take them all over. Great with green tea!

Dark Chocolate Almond Bars

I like them and find them filling as a snack between meals. Since I don't eat sugary items, they are a bit too sweet for me. Also, I have trouble opening them as I usually eat them while driving from place to place.
