How soon will you ship my order?
We do our absolute best to ship of online orders within 24 hours. If you order on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday we expect to ship your order on the following Monday.

How much is shipping?
In the US:

• FREE SHIPPING for orders over $50 or more
• $7 shipping fee for orders less than $50
• Sample packs receive free shipping

In Canada:

• Large orders (more than 2 cases): $40 shipping (yes we know that is absurd but that is what we actually pay)
• Small orders (1 or 2 cases): $20 shipping
• Sample packs are charged a $4 shipping fee

How long will shipping take?
We ship everything from our own facility in Grand Rapids, MI - shipping times vary by region but generally are as follows:

• Anywhere in the US (except for west coast): 2-3 day USPS Priority Mail
• West Coast: 4-5 days (Fedex Ground)
• Canada: 5+ days (USPS)

       *all 4 bar sample pack orders ship via USPS First Class

 

I made a mistake or I need to cancel my order - what do I do?
Email us ASAP at orders@theglutenfreebar.com and we will take care of it.

 

Do you ship overseas?
Unfortunately we do not at this time.

 

What is your return policy?
We have a 100% money-back guarantee on all of our products. If you are unhappy for any reason, email us at onlineorders@theglutenfreebar.com and we will refund your money.
