My diet is very limited on what my body can tolerate because of celiac disease and an alkaline diet to heal the system damage. These bars are perfect and have been critical for my healing.

The GFB Bars are my favorite! I am not a breakfast person. I take Rx meds in the morning that require food intake otherwise I get sick in my stomach.
I tried the GFB Bars, the custom box. I chose flavors that I know I like. Well, let me tell you! It is the perfect little meal wrapped up in one bar. Each bar averages 230-240 calories, has 12grams of protein, it is gluten free, and taste amazing! I actually do not have a problem with gluten, I can eat gluten all day long, but I do shy away from it because too much gluten is not good for anyone. One of these GFB Bars with my morning coffee is the perfect amount of food for taking my meds. Turns out that it keeps me full for hours too. What more can I ask for? The GFB Bites taste just as good. they are the perfect pop in your mouth size. Four (4) GFB Bites are equivalent to one GFB Bar. Thank you GFB, continue your amazing products.
