What do you think of when you think of oatmeal and raisin cookies? We think of Grandma. So we asked: "Grandma - can you make this oatmeal raisin cookie but with 12 grams of protein and it also has to be gluten-free, vegan and non-GMO?". She just laughed and pinched our cheek. Luckily our chef figured this one out, and it's glorious.

These are wonderful protein bars

I've been getting these protein bars regularly for several years and I love them. They're a great snack between meals and can be a substitute meal in a pinch.
