We use USPS for all orders of three cases or less. For orders over three cases, we use either USPS or FedEx. If you have a specific shipping requirement, please let us know and we'll make it happen (unless you want it shipped by Donkey, we don't currently have Donkey service)
Yes, we use Non-GMO soy protein. Starting June 2013 all bars will be soy-free, as the soy protein will be replaced with pea protein.

8. What is the shelf life of GFB's?
Our bars and our bites have an 8 month shelf life.
9. Is The GFB raw?
Technically no, as some of the liquids are heated to over 104F during our mixing process.
10. How many Weight Watchers points is a GFB bar?
We have not had The GFB formally evaluated by Weight Watchers but based on information we found, we believe The GFB is 6 points. The Oatmeal Raisin GFB is about 5 points because it is slightly lower in fat than the other flavors (we should also mention that GFB's contain only good for you, natural fats from nuts).
11. Is the GFB certified gluten-free?
Yes, we are gluten-free certified by the Gluten Free Certification Organization.
12. Is The GFB certified vegan?
Yes, we are vegan certified by Vegan Action.
13. Is The GFB certified kosher?
Yes, we are kosher certified by Kosher Michigan.
14. Is The GFB's packaging recyclable?
Our paper based packaging is completely recycleable. Our cellophane bags are not recycleable.
15. Does The GFB have a sustainability policy?
At the GFB we care about the planet, so we do everything we can to take care of our precious Mother Earth. From sustainable packaging, to using only responsible ingredient sources, to holding our breath for long periods of time, we're on Earth's side!
16. Is the GFB available in Canada?
We currently can direct ship orders to Canada, but we do not yet have dual language labeling so the GFB is not yet available for wholesale.
